· All napkins require embossing. Embossing provides structural integrity to 1-ply napkins and adhesion between tissue layers of 2- and 3-ply napkins.
· A semi-crepe napkin has a pebbled texture across the entire napkin. A facial quality napkin has an embossing texture (aka a “coin edge”) along only the edges of the napkin.
· We provide facial quality 2- and 3-ply napkins. 1-ply napkins can be ordered with either semi-crepe or coin edge embossing.
